Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it. No reason needed.

Condition
Items must be unused and unwashed, with the hangtag attached, and returned in the original plastic zipper bag. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. You are welcome to try the item on as you would in a store.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will confirm by email. The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return request. It can take a few extra days for your bank to show the amount.

Exchanges
To change size, return the item and place a new order. This way you get the size you want as fast as possible, while it's still in stock.

Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right away at noireproductive0@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.
