Who we are

What we collect

Your email address, the time you signed up, and that you signed up through this page.

Why

To send you emails about our drops: early access, release dates and news from NOIRÉ. We only do this because you asked us to, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who handles it

We use Klaviyo to store the list and send our emails. Klaviyo processes your email on our behalf and may store it outside the EU, protected by the safeguards required under EU law. We never sell your data.

How long

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• See, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
